Nationwide Service back up

A nationwide network of service engineers is available to attend any breakdown or fault occurring within the guarantee period.
No charge will be made for this service providing

  • An appliance fault is found
  • The relevant parts of the boiler are still covered by guarantee (reasonable proof of this must be supplied on request).

A call-out charge may be applicable if our field service engineer finds no fault with the boiler or if the fault is misuse, or if other parts of your heating system other than the boiler are faulty. Please note that invoices for call out or repair work carried out during the guarantee period by any third party will not be accepted.
